Inspection reports, material certificates and other documentation should be identified during quotation. Availability and scope are confirmed against the drawing, material source and project requirements.

Hongye supports custom injection mold manufacturing based on the part model, resin, production volume, cavity requirement, appearance surfaces, tooling expectations and sample-acceptance criteria.

Provide the 3D part model, 2D drawing if available, resin, expected annual volume, cavity preference, surface or texture requirements, critical dimensions, target press information and required trial deliverables.
